Events. Getting in and out of State Farm Stadium or Chase Field can be challenging, even for locals. Fortunately, our drivers know all the secret short-cuts.
Old Town Scottsdale. What a great place to visit but the traffic can be a nightmare. We know the quickest ways in and out. And if you aren’t sure where to go, no worries – just ask! We can tell you the best restaurants, the hottest nightclubs and if you need help getting a table, we can hook you up with that too.
Outside of Phoenix. It might be that Phoenix is just a jumping off point for some of our other great locations around the state. Sedona. The Grand Canyon. Tucson. We know them all and we know all the best places. Just ask.
Airports. Sky Harbor is the biggest airport in Phoenix but not the only one. Whether you’re flying into Mesa Gateway or Deer Valley or Scottsdale, we’ve got you covered.
Golf. We have over 200 golf courses in the metro area including some that are world famous. TPC Scottsdale. Troon North. We-Ko-Pa. Grayhawk. We are very familiar with all of them and we will whisk you from your hotel or Air B&B right to the bag drop.

Old Town Scottsdale (OTS) has become one of the country’s pre-eminent travel destinations, in no small part due to our very robust nightlife which some people have called a “mini-Las Vegas.” That might be a slight exaggeration but it’s not entirely off base. There’s a lot to do here. Our drivers know the area inside out and can not only help get you to where you want to go, we can also help you get the tables and reservations you need to live your best life in Old Town Scottsdale.
GETTING AROUND SKY HARBOR
Sky Harbor is consistently rated one of the USA’s top airports but if you have never been here before, it might be a bit disorienting. The good news is there are only two terminals – Terminal 3 and Terminal 4. (Don’t ask about Terminal 1!) Terminal 4 is home to American and Southwest among other airlines and Terminal 3 is United, Delta, Alaska, JetBlue and Spirit among others. Here’s a map to help orient you.
WHERE TO MEET US AT SKY HARBOR
We always pick passengers up on the North side of Sky Harbor at the Pre-Arranged Rides section, which is Door 5 North at Terminal 3 and Door 3 North at Terminal 4. We will be waiting for you on the outer curb. Due to airport regulations, we are unable to pick you up anywhere else. We will always meet you at the Prearranged Vehicles area on the north side. Look for this sign.

Faq
Do you have a cancellation policy?
To change or cancel a reservation please call (623) 850-4646. Cancellations and changes must be received in advance of the service pick-up time. For normal point-to-point trips and airport transfers, cancellations 24 hours or more before the service date are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. If cancelled less than 24 hours before the trip, the fee is 100% non-refundable. For special events and concerts and for sprinter vans, cancellations 72 hours or more before are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. If cancelled less than 72 hours before the reservation date, the fee is 100% non-refundable.
Am I allowed to bring a pet?
Our policy regarding the transport of animals is designed to ensure adequate space for the kennel(s), and your baggage. All animals – excluding service animals – must be kenneled to board the vehicle.
Kennel guidelines are as follows:
If less than 25 pounds, lap carrier is permitted. If more than 25 pounds, they must be in a proper kennel and an SUV is required.
Do you have an oversized and extra luggage policy?
Our luggage policy closely follows that of airlines. For each passenger, two checked bags (e.g. suitcase, duffel bag) and two carry-on items (e.g. diaper bag, laptop case, backpack, or purse) all ride free.

Excess/Oversized Baggage – $10 fee per item
- Checked bag exceeds 50 pounds (or approximately 23 kilograms).
- Total dimensions for your checked bag exceeds 80 inches when adding length, width, and height.
- Excessive size or number of bags may require an Exclusive reservation.
Boxes – $10 fee per item
Excessive size or number of boxes may require an Exclusive reservation.
Golf Clubs – Varies
Counts toward your total number of checked items. (e.g. If you have one checked bag and one set of clubs, the clubs are free.)
What about child car seats?
At Our Private Driver, we support the strongest safety standard by requiring that small children under eight years old and under 4’9″ be secured in a child restraint seat for transportation. If federal, state, or local law requires your child be secured in a child safety seat, please bring one as it is the parent’s or caregiver’s responsibility. Our Private Driver can provide child restraint seat(s) at an additional charge. Children under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Charters vs Point to Point
A point to point trip is simply a trip from Point A to Point B. For example, a trip from your hotel to Ocean 44. A charter is when we pick you up at your residence or hotel, drive you to your destination and then wait for you and drive you home or to your next destination. If you’re planning a busy night out on the town, a charter is the option that offers you the most flexibility.
Do you offer tours?
We sure do! What do you have in mind? A tour of historic sites in Phoenix? A tour of the Arizona wine country? Native American sites? Drop us a line and tell us what you have in mind and we will be happy to quote you a price.
Long-distance trips
Maybe you missed your connecting flight to LA or maybe you just need to go to Vegas right this minute. We’re happy to help. Long distance trips are typically calculated based on a round-trip price even if you’re going one way since our drivers have to drive back to Phoenix. Give us a call and tell us where you need to go and we’ll quote you a price.
